Exporting for print
- With all these different settings for exporting your icons for screens, we would almost forget that you can, of course, also use icons in print materials and print projects. And this is actually extremely easy to do. Now, the chances are that your coworker or your supplier or your contact person will be using Adobe InDesign for their print layout. So when you're preparing documents that will be printed in the end and which need to be imported into Adobe InDesign, you basically don't have to do anything because Adobe InDesign can read native AI documents, which means that this, as in the actual Illustrator document, is the only file that you need to send off to your designer because your designer can place all the native content into Adobe InDesign.
