- [Instructor] Let's make something a little bit fun and then turn it into a graphic style so you can see the advantages of that. What we've got here is we've got one single line, like so, which we're going to work on in a moment, and then this shape here, with just a stroke on it for the current time. So, what I'm going to do is select the line I have on the left-hand side. I'm going to change the color of it to kind of a dark gray, and then I'm going to make it way big. I'm actually going to change the width of this to, let's go to about 100 points there. Wow, big line. Okay, so I've got a line of 100 points just there. And now we'll get the appearance panel open and we'll add a new stroke. Wonder if you can remember what the shortcut is for that. If you're thinking it's Option + Command + Slash, Alt + Control + Slash, then you are exactly correct, and that will add a new stroke, although, equally, you could have used…
