of health, and of life itself. I will start with a circle drawn with the Ellipse tool from the center point holding down Option or Alt and constrain to a perfect circle by holding down Shift. Click on the bottom point and now tap A to switch to your Direct Selection tool, and holding down the Shift key pull that down somewhat. but you can see that as I do so, as one side goes up, the other side goes down. So I'm going to hold down the Option or Alt key as I do that and I'm also going to hold down the Shift key so that I constrain this to a 45 degree angle. I'll pull down a guide to that handle so that I know to bring this handle up to the same point. Now I'll switch to my Rectangle tool and I'm going to draw a rectangle from the center point around the heart. I want to make sure that this has no fill I'll come and get my Add Anchor Point tool and add an anchor point at the top center.
