- [Instructor] I want to select a bunch of points inside of this design that I'm working on just here. And they happen to be in this center area. I'm just going to zoom in on them, and I'm going to get the direct selection tool. If I tap A to get that and the click on the design, you will see the anchor points. Now, if I didn't actually want to select it in order to show you that, what I could do is go into Outline view here and then click on one of the edges, and you would see the points there. So because of the way that I've created this, this has been created by drawing with construction, I've got some angles there that I'd rather smooth out a little bit with some curves where possible. Now, while it's quite true that what I could do, of course, is click on this one and hold Shift and click on this one and so on for all of those things there, sometimes you slip and you click away and you end up deselecting the whole lot…
