Lay out the content in illustrator - Illustrator Tutorial
From the course: Design a High-Impact Sell Sheet
Lay out the content in illustrator
- [Instructor] We've discussed how to organize your content, how to use data to tell your best story, the need to incorporate your brand in the header and footer of your design at minimum, how to make what you're selling the star, and where to place your call to action. Now it's time to lay this out on a page for reference. I have in front of me three potential templates that I could work with. All are available in your Exercise Files. We will use these to fully wired frame a design, but before we get into that, it's important to lay out the text-based content first. If choosing a single-page layout like the one in front of me, place your content in it as follows. Don't worry about designing anything just yet, we will tackle that soon. First, you're going to wanna place your logo at the very top, preferably the top left, but sometimes the top right corner can work as well. Follow with your value proposition. Again, remember that you can lead with your call to action if you prefer…
