- [Instructor] With digital communications like video conferencing, email, and text messages, the art of letterheads is in less demand for a lot of businesses. When I create identity systems for my clients, I always itemize it into my quotes, but add the phrase "if needed", because I found most just don't need their own stationary. But that isn't true for all businesses, so let's take a look at letterhead design. Letterhead, much like the other aspects of identity pieces, can be easily guided in your design efforts using a simple grid like that. So we're gonna turn that on. And this specific layout is centralized, meaning everything is aligned to the center. This works really well, and obviously even on a badge graphic type logo design, this is gonna work really well. So this would be one format you could do, let's take a look at another format.
