- [Instructor] All right, now we need to transform our red circle into this red C which can be expressed as a pie. And as it just so happens, Illustrator allows you to convert ellipses to pies anytime you like. And so notice that my circle is selected, my bounding box is turned on and my ellipse tool is still active. I could, if I like switched back to the black arrow tool up here at the top of the toolbox, doesn't matter so long as the bounding box is turned on, you'll see this little widget right here. And notice when I hover over it, I'm seeing a pie in the bottom right corner of my cursor. Which tells me that I can drag this widget in order to carve a slice into that circle. Or I can be left with a slice if I prefer. And so notice as I move this particular handle I'm seeing the end angle value change as well as the overall pie angle value. If I drag this first guy, I'm going to see the start and pie angle values…
