Long-sleeve T-shirt with gathers
- [Instructor] In this movie, I'm going to show you how to make a long sleeve T-shirt with gathers. So we can add another technique into the mix. We're going to start with the pen tool, and of course default. Let's make it a boat neck. So we'll start lower on the shoulder, low shoulder. Under the arm and hem. I'm going to grab the anchor point tool and curve the arm hole. And then I'm going to make it a little bit of a fitted tee. So let's curve in. And then I'd like to take the bottom handle and curve out and straight up but keep it short. And then you can go back to the upper handle and pull it in a little bit. That way the angle of the shirt doesn't flip out on the bottom. Now I want to add some gathers to this. So let's zoom in closer and I'll show you a technique for adding gathers. I'm going to add an anchor point where I want my gathers to start, and then go over to the properties panel and cut it.
