Modifying the text frame

- [Instructor] In this movie I'm going to show you how to modify the text frame by changing its color, as well as how you take advantage of an old school command known as area type options. Now, before we go any further, I want to clarify a few terms. The text frame is the thing the container that holds the text. It doesn't have to be a rectangle but it traditionally is. The text or if you prefer type is the stuff inside the text frame and then altogether the text and the frame are the text block. So the entire object itself, once again is the text block. All right, so what I'm going to do is I'm going to go ahead and zoom out and then I'm going to go up to the view menu and make sure my smart guides are turned on. They aren't. So I'll go ahead and turn them on. And then I'll drag the corner of the frame all the way up to the top left corner of the bleed boundary. And then I'll drag it all the way down to the bottom…
