Packaging the file

- [Instructor] When a file is finished, or if you're handing off the file for somebody else to work on, then it's a good idea to package the file. Because that way it makes sure that all of the assets associated with it are collected in the same place. Let's just have a look at that process. So if we go to the file menu here and come down to package, then what we do is we choose a location for that to go to. You give the folder, it creates a name, and then you can choose what goes into it. So copying the links is a great idea because it will collect everything here in a separate folder, and it will also update the links to the documents so they are all relative to that document. As among Creative Cloud and the fonts I'm using are from Creative Cloud, I don't need to use this option just here at all. And you should always be cautious when you are distributing fonts for the purposes of reproduction because that's…
