- [Instructor] The actual pathfinders are a set of instructions that will help to find paths, curiously enough, from collections of other shapes. Such as the example shapes I have here. Now, underneath that I've drawn graphics that show what we started with. But let's explore these. The first of these is divide, and what this does is actually provide a group as a result, all of these do that when they're executed. I'm just going to ungroup that, shift+command+G, shift+control+G, and then show you what's actually happened. You can see that the strokes being preserved, but applied to every single item that was a part of that set. Okay, so they're all there, it's a way to chop things up and get the result, very useful sometimes. The next one is trim, and this is one I use a lot when I'm drawing boat construction and I've got bits that are underneath other bits, you know, don't actually need to be there, then I'll use…
