- [Instructor] So, it turns out that Illustrator is a great tool for preparing logos and titles to be used inside 3D applications such as 3ds Max, Maya as well as Lightwave, Blender and of course Cinema 4D which has the advantage of a unique plugin that will make your life much more easier. So, before we hand the artwork to the 3D department, there are a couple of things that we need to prepare. So, in this movie, I'm going to go through the checklist one by one. So, I'm using this file Take Me Away.ai, you can find it inside the Exercise Files and as you can see, the first thing that we need to get rid of is the second artboard. None of these 3D application can work with more than artboard inside an Illustrator document. So, I'm going to select Artboard Number Two from the Artboard's panel here inside Illustrator and I'm going to delete it. Then I'm going to switch to the Layers panel and I need to make sure that I'm not sending any live text from this document to the 3D department…
