- [Instructor] All right, now we're going to take our first cone shape and I call it a cone because I think these guys look like colorful snow cones. And we're going to duplicate it and rotate it in order to create this purple shape and we're going to do so with extreme precision. All right, so the first thing you want to do is make sure the group is selected and then armed with the black arrow tool, you want to Alt or Option drag that center point right there in order to duplicate the path outline like so. And you'll know that you're duplicating it on the fly because you'll see that double arrow head. And by the way, if you want to constrain a drag to exactly horizontal or the nearest 45-degree angle, then you want to press and hold the Shift key as well. So I currently have down both the Shift + Alt keys here in the PC that would be Shift + Option on the Mac. And as soon as I align the right side of the shape to my right…
