- [Instructor] So let's use some drawing skills now to actually construct something from the shapes that you see in front of you. What I'm going to do is I'm just going to select the rectangles here from the right, so just this small bunch here, and use the Unite Pathfinder to join those together. Okay, so very similar to what we did before. Now, I could continue with these different things. And if I get the circles here, for example, with the shape above, I could try actually punching those out like so and continue and continue. But there's another way we can actually do this. So I'm actually going to close the Pathfinder. It's not that it's better or worse. It's just different. And sometimes when you're working with quite a lot of objects and you want to do both positive and negative joins together, so punching things out or uniting them, this method's slightly different.
