- [Instructor] Here is a use case for using skewed type on a path. I'll delete this and we'll create it again from scratch. So I'll start out with my rectangle tool and draw myself a square. And we'll give that a color. Then we'll duplicate it. Move the copy across. Change its color. Select both, duplicate, and move across. All right, now I am going to double-tap with my Apple pencil to deselect that, come and choose my pencil tool, hold down the touch modifier, and draw myself a line beneath. This line is going to become a guide. So I'll come to the object panel. First of all, I just need to switch to the selection tool to select the line. Object panel, convert to guide. Now with my direct selection tool, I'll swipe over the two leftmost anchor points and bring those down to that guide. And then these two and the two at the end. So now I need my type. I'll double-tap to deselect. Choose my type tool.…
