The Touch Type tool
- [Instructor] We know, by now, if you've been watching this sequentially, that we have a bunch of character options in the Character Options panel, such as the kerning between characters and individual character rotation and size and baseline shifting and all of that good stuff. And wouldn't it be great if there was a way that you could do that more interactively and more intuitively, like, I don't know, something crazy, like a tool? Well, guess what, you can. And it's called the Touch Type tool. You access it by holding down the Shift key and tapping T. Of course, if you're already in a text field, you'll just get a capital T, but hey. So (chuckles), with nothing selected, okay, just do that Shift + T or, with just text selected, but not in it, then you're okay to go. So how does this work?
