- [Instructor] With the Gesture Trim feature of Astute Graphics DynamicSketch tool, you can trim sections of paths in a quick and natural manner, by moving your cursor over them like you were using an eraser. It works on both open and closed paths and even paths that you didn't create with a DynamicSketch tool. So let's check it out. I'm going to start by going to the DynamicSketch panel. And I'll click on the last button on the right, which enables the gesture trim feature. And when I do, a little dialogue box pops up, telling me the basics of how gesture trim works, I'll just click OK. I'll also make sure that the controls for variable width strokes are turned off, so my lines are drawn with consistent stroke widths. I'll set this to none. And then I'm going to just draw a new path. Another dialogue box opens because the default settings of the tool are to create paths with no fill. And up in the control panel,…
