In a previous movie, we saw how you can create effects using contour presets with the width stamp panel. In this movie, we'll explore how to create effects using your own paths for contours. Once again, we'll start with our slice of pie artwork. I'll take my line segment tool. And I'll just draw a straight vertical line on the left side of the piece of the pie. Just by holding shift and dragging straight down. Now I'm going to make a copy of this line on the right side of the pie by taking my selection tool and holding opt or alt plus shift and dragging the line over to the right. I'll select both of the lines and I'll create a blend by choosing Object, Blend, Make. And then I'll edit this blend by going back to that same menu and choosing blend options. For spacing, I'll switch from smooth color to specified steps and I'll change the value to 200. Now I'll select both my blend and my pie slice and in the width…
