Using Live Paint
- [Instructor] Live Paint makes it incredibly easy to colorize elements in a design. Click on the artwork layer in the Layers panel to make it the active layer. The Live Paint Bucket tool which we'll be using is not part of the Basic tools panel. Click on the Edit Toolbar button at the bottom of the Tools panel, then click on the Panel menu in the upper right corner and choose Advanced. Click and hold on the Shape Builder tool and choose the Live Paint Bucket tool. Press Command + A or Control + A on the keyboard to select all of the artwork on the layer. Click on the selected artwork to convert it into a Live Paint group. Open the Swatches panel and click on the first orange swatch inside of the digital queue color group. Now click on the fist triangle. You can now use the arrow keys on your keyboard to cycle through the different colors. Each time you tap the arrow key, it will go to the next color, and then you…
