Using custom checkups

- [Tutor] It's great that VectorFirstAid lets you choose preset checkup profiles to fix issues in PDFs, CAD files and so on. But what's even better is that you can make custom checkup profiles that look for and fix the exact set of issues you need to deal with. And in this movie we'll see how to make and use custom checkup profiles. We'll start by going to the VectorFirstAid panel and in either of the manual or automated checkup menus, choose configure. This opens a dialogue box where you can see a full list of all the available operations, which are the issues that VectorFirstAid checks for and fixes. And when you click on each one, you can read a description at the bottom of the dialog box. At the top of the dialog box is a menu where you can choose an existing profile to start from or begin with the Blank slate by choosing new profile.
