Using opacity masks

- [Instructor] If you're watching this course sequentially, then you may well recall that we covered off the topic of clipping masks. And in this movie, what we're going to do is we'll make another clipping mask, but we're going to compare it with an opacity mask. Now, what I've got here is I've got this sun that I've drawn here with concentric circles, and I've also got on a layer above that a kind of graphic sun shape. So what I'm going to do is select the two things just there, and I'm going to hold down the command key on my Mac, that would be control on Windows, and tap seven. Alternately, I could've gone to the Object menu and chose Clipping Mask, Make, that command just there. And so you can see how the contents of the group are clipped to the shape above. But what I want to do is use this graphic here that I've called glisten and this stroke, which I've applied a gradient to, and create an opacity mask. Now, you…
