Variable width strokes

- So, what do we do with strokes when we want to make them a little bit less computer-y? Well, there are brush strokes which are examined in other parts of this course, but largely, they tend to be a shade on the naf side these days. But something that we can use that adds a sort of a drawn element to our strokes is a width profile. So, what I'm going to do on this file here is select one of these strokes above the coffee cup, here. And then, go to this uniform drop down, it's all related to the stroke panel. In fact, you'll find exactly the same thing down at the bottom. And this is where we can choose from predefined profiles, and also, save our own, as we will in just a moment. I'll choose this with profile one, just here now. I've got a nice look to that, it's as if it was drawn with a brush. We can also make our own. So, to do this, we need to access the width tool.
