Variable-width strokes

- [Narrator] Width profiles can introduce some nice variability to our strokes and help to make them look more attractive and sometimes even more natural. I'm just going to zoom in on the wavy lines here which of course are meant to be representing ocean. And I'm going to select all three of those and then go to my stroke panel and down at the bottom of the stroke panel, you'll see, I have this profile menu. And from there I'm going to choose width profile one. And you can see now that I have strokes that tail off nicely towards their end. You can actually create your own profiles if you want to. What I'm going to do is use the line tool here. I'll just hit backslash on my keyboard and I'll draw a short line here and then zoom in on that so we can all see it more clearly. Now change the weight of this, because that is actually something that the strokes will depend on. When you create them, they will work best at that…
