Working with groups

- [Instructor] Groups make it easier for us to logically organize our content, and by extension, making it easier to work with. So I have a group here already in this illustration here, and if I get the selection tool and click on it, you'll see that in the properties panel, it identifies right at the top there that I have a group selected, whereas some of the other things that I have here are just paths and this one here is a group also, this mast. So groups are easy to make. What I'm going to do is just drag in this window onto the cabin here, and then bring down the roof like so. And then I'll just select all three of those things and then I'll group those together. Command G or control G, and if you want the menu command, it's in the object menu, just here.
