- [Instructor] In this movie we're going to focus on zipper brushes. We're going to start with a simple metal zipper brush and then we're going to do a little bit of a more fancy molded plastic sport brush. So let's get started, we don't need this anymore. We're going to grab the rectangle tool and draw a rectangle that's .75 points wide and two points tall and there it is, very tiny. We're going to go back to properties and change the stroke weight to .25 and it'll be nice to have a white fill on this. So there is our basic shape for a zipper. We're going to select that and make a new pattern brush and this is going to be our open zipper. We need this spacing here to be 100%. We're going to turn off the corner, because we don't need corners for zippers and if you like we can change the colorization method, but I think I'll leave it this time and we'll click okay.
