- [Instructor] In this movie, we're going to add some texture to our castle walls and we're also going to create the inside edge of the arch complete with a first look at gradients. So, I'll go ahead and grab both of these guys here, click on one and Shift click on the other with the black arrow tool. My appearance panel is still up. If yours is not, then you can go to the window menu and choose the Appearance command, at any rate I'm going to select that Phil and then I'm going to drop down to the little page icon at the bottom of the appearance panel and click on it to duplicate the fill. And now I'll click on this down pointing arrow, and I will select that second texture pattern I loaded which is USGS 21 intricate surface. And we will end up with this effect here. Now, again, if you look closely, you're going to see that the texture really doesn't blend into the other color and we want to make sure it does. We…
