233 Making bigger text link targets

- [Voiceover] A lot of design is about making things easier for the reader to understand. From the communication that you're creating. Or to do, for example, to turn the page, or to tap on a link. The problem is, that when you create hyperlinks on text in InDesign, they become really hard to hit in a PDF, especially if the type is really small. For example, here in the mouse print at the very bottom, if I zoom in, you can see that there is a link to Lynda.com. But when I export this to PDF, including hyperlinks, here is where the link appears, way down here. And as the reader, if I happen to see that link, I have to get, watch my cursor, I have to get really close to the link before it turns into Mr. Pointy, indicating that it's a link that I could click. See how close it is? I mean, it's crazy. What we want to do is make it so that if the reader's cursor gets anywhere near Lynda.com, that it turns into a pointing hand, indicating that this is a link. Not just directly on the type…
