- [Instructor] A lot of times when you place a Word file, you'll see that the writer included notes to you inside there with instructions for which pictures to choose or different layout requests, that kind of thing. And the problem is, how do you deal with those? I'm going to show you a really neat tip that I learned from my friend Matt Mayerchak for using conditional text with editorial notes to make life easier on you. And you'll see why in a minute. So here I have already floated and formatted some text for this article of beneficial insects in your garden. And let me zoom in a bit so that you can see the editorial notes. These are the kind of notes I'm talking about where the writer put some instructions for you and they set it apart from the body text with some sort of formatting of their own device. Here it's pink and it's italic and it's in brackets. Now, this is really useful. They're telling me which picture to choose or if I have a better picture, choose that one. The…
