Export PDF document versions quickly from a single layout
- [Instructor] Bingo. Yes, that's me, I am in the free square. This is an example of a document that needs to be output as multiple versions. I can't just make one bingo card and give it to everybody. I need to make 10 or 20 different versions of the same bingo card with these things mixed up. Now, I've lorem ipsumized all the text, but these could be numbers or answers to questions or something like that. There are many times that you need to create a series of documents where some of the content is the same and some is different. Like a series of posters, or worksheets for a class, the same flyer in different languages, and so on. Now, the most obvious way to do that is to create one, and then do a Save As, and then replace the information that you need to replace. And so you end up with 10 or 20 different documents. But smart people do this by creating layers and have a layer for each version. Now, what I want to show…
