- [Tutor] Hi there. Okay, let's talk about using Acrobat as a way to distribute your PDFs. Instead of attaching them to an email, which is what we normally do, right? So assume that I have laid this out in InDesign, which is true, and then export this employee manual to PDF. And now I need to send it to a bunch of people to review. I could create a new email and then attach it and enter in all their addresses, but I don't want to. Because using acrobats distribution method is more streamlined, more convenient, it's more secure. And it allows me to track who has actually accessed the PDF, who has downloaded it, alright. So that is useful information for me. And it's so simple to do.
