Add an in-book TOC
- [Instructor] In a previous video we learned how to create a navigational TOC, that is table of contents that appears when you tap an eReader's button that shows you the table of contents. And we did that by using table of contents styles here. So this document, our EC Gardens document, has that one that we specify when we export to EPUB we say yes use the EPUB style as the navigational table of contents. But the book itself does not have an in-book TOC. You know, an actual TOC here that somebody could tap and jump to that chapter. And a lot of people like that. I like it myself. To be able to swipe to the beginning of an eBook and use that rather than a hunt for the little nav TOC button. And also, the Kindle requires an in-book TOC, and when you do your conversion from EPUB to Kindle as I'll show you later in the course, it's going to look for that page and yell at you if you don't have one.
