- [Instructor] With a printed brochure, potential customers can contact a business only by taking extra steps to phone, write, or email, but with a PDF, you can add a form that people can use to send you their information directly from the brochure. So, let's see how to use the form tools in InDesign. Here on page seven of the exercise file, I've added some elements that will be the basis for our form, so we have a title telling folks what this form is for. To sign up for an email newsletter. And we have three frames which we'll make into form fields, where they can enter their information. For a first name, last name, and email, plus another frame that we can convert into a button to submit the form. So first, let's Shift + Click on the three frames that'll be the text fields so they're all selected. One, two, three, and in the Buttons and Forms panel, choose Type, Text Field.
