- [Instructor] A question I hear a lot from InDesign users is is there a way that I can create like a database of the text that goes into a lot of our pieces, like a collection of boilerplate text and then I can just bring them in? I mean, of course, you could save them all as individual Word files or something but that would be a pain. And actually, there is. In recent versions of Creative Cloud, of CC InDesign, you can save text in a CC library. And then you can use that text in any kind of program that accepts text, such as InDesign. And I've started to create just such a library here for this flower catalog just as a proof of concept. So what you do is you create a new library, as I have many libraries here, so you just go down to Create a Library, I called mine Flower catalog. And I already have some. Let me zoom in a bit.
