- [Narrator] So here is another issue that arises when working with a baseline grid: You find that the tops of your picture frames do not automatically align with the top of your text frames. I'm going to zoom in here to the top right of my right-hand page, press W to turn on my guides, and if I swipe over these frames, we see that the picture frame and the text frames are both aligned to the grid increments, but, I want to come and turn on this extra layer that I have, just to highlight the issue, we see that we have this extra space at the top of the text frames. So this is inevitably going to happen when the text is aligned to the baseline grid. What we need to do is adjust the top of the picture frames. I'll come and turn off that annotation layer. I'll also, for now, turn off my layout grid layer. What I need to do is draw down a guide to the cap height of the text. Now, I could also do it to the ascender height or to the x height, whatever I choose, just be consistent. I'm going…
