Creating the captions, part 1

- The brochure now needs some captions to identify the images. Let's just see how they look in the final version. You'll see that they are in a semi-transparent text frame and the corner is rounded. I'm going to divide this step into two parts. The first of which is to come up with a prototype of the caption paragraph style and object style. And then in the second part, we will automate the application of the caption by using the generate static caption feature. So first of all, let's create our prototype caption for this image. I'll come to the layers panel and at the top of my layers stack create a new layer for the captions then tap T for my type tool click and drag to make a text frame, Just type in the text. Now it's positioned that way. We want it to go. I want it to go at the bottom left of the image. I'll come to the swatches panel and we'll apply a white fill to that frame. Then I'll click on the…
