Creating type on a path
- [Instructor] Adobe InDesign allows you to add type on virtually any path that you wish. Click and hold on the Type tool and choose the Type on a Path tool from the list. Click right in the middle of the bottom of the triangle to convert the object to Type on a Path. Clicking at this location sets the beginning and end of the Type on a Path to this location. Type 2019 BFA Showcase in all caps. Using the Type on a Path tool, select the word, showcase, and change its fill color to blue and change the point size of the text to 22. In the Properties panel, click the Align Center button in the Paragraph section to align the text to the center. You can always tweak the Type on a Path by switching to the Selection tool and dragging this middle bar one way or another to slide the Type on a Path in each direction. We're going to leave it set to the center for now.
