Duplicating objects
- [Instructor] Adobe InDesign makes it easy to duplicate objects to save time in the design process. Click on the Selection tool in the Tools panel to make it active. Click on the large rectangle on the left panel to select it and hold down the Alt or Option key on your keyboard and drag the rectangle to the middle pane of the brochure. Release the mouse button to make a copy. Optionally you can hold down the Shift key to keep the copied object aligned to it's original location. Resize the rectangle if desired. In the Properties panel, change the Fill color to the light gray swatch at the bottom.
