- [Instructor] Publish Online is really easy to use, and most of the time, it works exactly as you'd expect. But once in awhile, as is inevitable with any technology, there can be, well shall we say, little hiccups. If you encounter trouble publishing your document, this video's going to show you some tips and resources that'll be able to help you. If your document fails to publish, one of the most common fixes is to log out of your Creative Cloud account, then log back in. It's as though the Adobe servers lose track of who you are. By that, I mean open your CC app, click on your avatar, and then sign out. Then sign back in. There's this page in the Adobe help files that also explains how to do that. Many times, this is the simple solution to problems getting a document to publish. If you receive an error number when publishing your document, there's a list of many of the Publish Online error codes that can help you figure out what the problem is.
