- [Instructor] Now let's take a look at how we can overcome the swatch limitations here inside of Adobe InDesign. I currently have two documents open: a magazine file, which holds a lot of different swatches, including various color themes, tint swatches, a gradient, and a spot color; and I have a second document open as well, which is my gift certificate, where I would like to reuse some of the swatches that come from the magazine. Now in order to make this work, what I can do, is I can go back to the certificate file, click the panel menu, click the panel menu options, and then choose "Load Swatches". From here I can select the magazine file, and then choose open. Now, what this will do is that InDesign will now load in all of the swatches of this document. So as you can see, I have all the color themes, I have the tint swatches, the gradients, the spot colors, they're all here, which is pretty good. Now, the potential…
