- [Instructor] Finalizing the package design entails a number of essential steps from implementing feedback of the chosen packaging in the refinements stage, to ensuring that the packaging is correct and ready to go to market. The finalizing stage includes your client providing and approving all the final copy as well as checks of all the required legal information that must be on the food packaging. Also, make sure that all the key benefits are what they should be and that the text effectively explains and presents the products so potential consumers are able to quickly identify and understand the product. Put together a check list that contains both a written list and visual representation of the packaging via the dieline, to help them match the list. This will help you and the client check off all the info and you can have him sign off on it as the master.
