Find and change efficiencies
- [Instructor] The Find/Change dialogue box brings a lot of power and control to making global changes to content in InDesign. Not a project goes by where I don't jump into the Find/Change dialogue box at least once, and for some projects I'm in there quite a bit. So I'd like to show you a few efficiencies that you can use to help you get things done a little faster within the Find/Change dialogue box. So I'm on page six and seven of this document, and what I'm going to do is I'm going to enter the Find/Change dialogue box, I can either go to the Edit menu and chose Find/Change, or I can use the keyboard shortcut Command + F. Whichever option you choose is fine. Now once you're in the Find/Change dialogue box, there's four different categories up here at the top that we can choose from, and depending on the type of Find/Change that you're performing, you might want to choose either one of those.
