Freeze the top row of a table

- [Instructor] I have a long table here, but when I scroll down to the bottom, I might forget what each of these columns represent. You know, in a spreadsheet program like Excel, it's easy to freeze the top row so that we can always see it. And here on InDesign, we can do something similar. It's not quite as easy, but it can be super helpful in certain situations, so it's good to know how to do it. Note that this tip came from the amazing Peter Carrel, so many thanks to him for this. The trick to keeping the top of the table visible as we scroll is to split this window into two. And to do that, you simply need to go to the Window menu, choose Arrange, and then choose New Window. I love the New Window feature because it means that I can get two different views on the same document. We can even arrange these two windows however we like. So, in this case, I'll go back to the Window menu, choose Arrange, and then choose Two Up…
