- [Instructor] All of the files in this course use Adobe Fonts. If you open up a file like this, and it gives you an alert that you're missing fonts, don't panic. Those fonts are part of your creative cloud subscription, and they're easy to activate. All you have to do is click activate fonts, it's that easy. Give it a few seconds to activate them, and once they're active, they're available to all of your Adobe applications but they're also available to non Adobe applications. So you can use these same fonts in say, Microsoft Word. Now everything seems to be happy. We've got a nice green check mark, and we can go on with our lives. So I'll click close. Here's my scenario. I need to send this file to a coworker, so that they can tweak some of the bits and pieces. They may want to edit the text, they may want to change the crop on some of the images.
