Install scripts
- [Instructor] I mentioned that part of my custom EPUB workspace is to have the Scripts panel available. And the Scripts panel is available normally under the Window menu. Go to Utilities, and choose Scripts. What's so great about scripts? Well, actually, InDesign has about 10,000 things it can do, but the developers don't want to show you 10,000 menu choices. So they choose the top 40 or 50, and they leave it up to scripters to unearth all the other cool things it can do and turn them into scripts. Most of the scripts these days exist as JavaScripts, and the vast majority are free. They're very easy to install. You don't have to have admin access or anything. And throughout this course, I will occasionally refer to a different script and say, why don't you try this script? Download it, install it.
