- [Instructor] My designer has sent me a file that she says is ready to go to the printer but I want to double-check it one last time before I submit the job. Now, by the way your home screen may look different from the way mine looks. If you've changed your preferences this is the default home screen. If yours looks different, don't worry. You could either go to file open or if you see this Open button, you can just click it. And we're going to open up this file, London Excerpt. If you're using an older version of InDesign you'll open up the idml file. So I'm going to open up the imdd file and immediately I get a warning that I have three missing links. So obviously that's something I need to fix before I send to the printer. When I click, OK, now I'm ready to work. By the way, if you got an additional alert that said you were missing fonts, those fonts are available through the Adobe fonts that are part of your…
