Named vs. unnamed colors

- [Instructor] Adobe InDesign gives users the ability to apply colors to text and objects as a named color, or an unnamed color. There are significant advantages to using a named color. And I'd like to walk you through how each one gets created and the advantages of using named colors. So, I'm starting here on page 24 of the document that I have open. And, what I wanted to show you is that if you click on this blue object on page 24, to select it, you're going to see down here at the bottom of the Tools panel, that this object has a blue fill color applied to it. Now, you're also going to see this, of course, up here in the control panel. And, you'll also see it at the top of the Swatches panel, if you have it open, and even in the Properties panel, if you have that displayed.
