Place an Illustrator file

- [Instructor] Okay we're going to add an Illustrator file in this movie, let's go ahead and make sure first of all that our images layer here is active you can see it highlighted there like so. And then we're going to use the shortcut Command D or Control D to access the place command. Although if you need the file system, then file place from there. We have this file called carLogos it's an Illustrator file, we don't need any other options active and just hit Open. Now I want to place that on the first five columns at the top here, so these particular modules. So I'm going to go up to the left hand corner here and click and drag across like so to place that file. And this is a vector file Illustrator files usually are not always sometimes they contain images as well, but this one is 100% drawn vector, which means it can be scaled to any size.
