Place pictures

- [Instructor] Now because we have approached document construction in a very methodical way, this next step, which is to place the images, should go really quickly. I'll move to the Table of Contents spread. Let's press W, so that we can see the guides. But I will come and turn off the grid layer, so now I'm going to press Command or Control + D. I'm going to go to the photos folder, and these photos are all identified for the page that they should go to, so I'm going to select them all with the exception of the cover. So when I click on that frame to place the image, it lands pretty much where we want it to because we took the time to create the object style which controls the picture fitting. That one's going to need some cropping. So will that one. And that one. On Page 19, it's an infographic rather than a picture. Same on pages 20, 21, and this image goes on page 22. So now let's do a second pass, and just adjust the cropping on these images. So click on the content grabber, and in this case, that's going to move up a little bit. Just tapping my up arrow to move it up within the frame. This one, let's nudge that down a little bit so that we're not cutting off anyone's head. That one's good as is. This one needs to move to the right. Same with this one. And this one. Okay, so we now have most of the pictures in. In the next movie, we'll move on to placing the text.
