Pulling out key colors from placed images

- [Instructor] I'd like to use the colors in this image to color the text and other frames on this page. And you might know that InDesign has an eyedropper tool over here in the tool panel. And that lets you pull out colors one at a time. But I find a different tool a little bit more useful when dealing with colors in images and that's the color theme tool. That tool you can find underneath the eyedropper tool. You just click and hold for a moment. There it is, the color theme tool. Looks like an eyedropper with some boxes coming out the side. Now, you can use this in a couple of ways. First, if you click on a picture, you get the five most common average colors from that image. See how we now have these five colors in this panel? And we can move that panel anywhere we want on the screen simply by dragging this little side handle on the left side.
