Quick tips for numbered lists

- [Instructor] I want to quickly address one of the most commonly asked questions about numbered lists in InDesign. How to make sublists? It's super easy, but it's not immediately obvious or intuitive. So, you can see here that I have a numbered list, and it's part of a paragraph style that I called List. You really owe it to yourself to use paragraph styles, especially when dealing with numbered lists. Okay, let's make a sub list style. I'm going to choose new paragraph style out of the paragraph style pop up menu here, and I'm going to call it, oh let's say list sub one, you can call it anything you want. We're going to make this paragraph style based on our list paragraph style. Then, we'll switch to the bullets and numbering area and I'm going to increase the indent a little bit. Let's say make it twice as big, five picas. Now if you want, you can change the format to roman numerals or ABC or something…
